A Bounty of Baskets

Have you noticed baskets are a big home decor trend right now? I love it! Baskets offer such a fantastic bit of of texture to a room and they compliment a variety of decor styles. The big bonus? They are dual purpose; not only adding texture and beauty to your decor but organizing clutter and hiding not-so-pretty objects. You can find baskets in all shapes, sizes and colors from all over the world. Although they can get quite pricey, the majority of these woven wonders offer a big pop of home decor ‘wow’ for a very reasonable price. Behold… there’s a basket(full) of inspiration out there.

Love all the pictures of baskets! I remember lots of these from the 1970s when I had so many. Glad to see them come around again. The tassels on them are a new trend and one I really like.

Thanks for your comment Vikki. If only we had the space to hold on to things indefinitely…everything eventually comes in style again. I love the tassel trend…pom poms too!!
