I can brainstorm ideas until the cows come home. I get so excited about the possibilities and paint beautifully detailed pictures in my head. It will look like this and sound like that… and then I wake up. Sometimes – heck, often things don’t go as planned and that’s when one 9-letter word becomes so important.

IMPROVISE

 For days  weeks, I’ve been learning about making videos and I hoped today would be the presentation of my very first one. In my mind’s eye, it was perfect and possible. In reality, it is way more difficult than I thought. (Kudos to all those Vloggers out there!) Although I’m almost there, no amount of caffeine and luck is going to get it done tonight. On the fun side, tomorrow we are heading out of town to celebrate our anniversary so I’m putting it all on hold and pulling out the IMPROV card. Don’t worry though, it’s something I know you will not be able to resist.
