I absolutely love this idea from Duct Tape & Denim. You can change the letters out for any occasion and it is just so darn sweet and simple. Apparently the letter cards come from a 1960’s game called Probe. I found several stores selling them on Etsy under Probe Game Cards

This clever braided bracelet idea from The Crafty Nook looks so fun. Why not make one in every color of the rainbow! Another pinner posted her version with an added heart charm. Love it!

And don’t forget, it’s important to keep you heart healthy. This is one of my favorite salads right now. The roasted butternut squash gives it an extra POW of roasted yumminess (and beta-carotene). It is delicious and really, an entire meal in a bowl. Try adding some grilled shrimp or salmon for added protein and heart healthy Omega-3s.

Valentines Day isn’t just a day for those in love, it’s a day to celebrate the joy you receive from that which you love. So, love your people. Love your animals, Love your music, your home, your craft. Love yourself.
